We’ve been working to find another HV/TT person to insure that all areas are covered in the event of our one person being sick, injured or unavailable for other reasons. Drew has stepped up and accepted the position! Drew has wanted to be more involved for a while but there wasn’t a whole lot available for him to step into.
In order for Drew to get his feet wet on scheduling HV/TT’s he will have responsibility for TN, NC, SC and AR, Rhonda will have all others.
I’ve gone over the process with Drew and he’s just waiting for his first request so he can get started. Drew may have some contacts but will be relying on Rhonda and the rest of us for assistance in providing him with contacts if no one in SSRR can do the HV/TT.
Please let your teams know that Drew is available to begin now. Also offer him your assistance and contacts as it is needed.
Thanks everyone! We have one in training so be patient and work with Drew. This just makes our HV/TT area stronger and will allow us to continue without interruption in the case of illness or personal issues that come up. I know those well and how it affected my ability to contribute where I need to.
